9th & 10th Semester Moots
Write a full detailed report of each moot you participated in. Include the problem, your arguments, counter-arguments, questions from judges, and outcome. ~8 pages each.
Latest Judged Moot
Write this moot as a Judgement โ with facts, issues raised, arguments from both petitioner and respondent, and the final decision/ruling.
17โ18 Observed Moots
Use FIRAC format โ Facts, Issues, Arguments (both sides), Conclusion. Skip the Rules section. Include arguments of Petitioner and Respondent clearly.

๐ Day-wise Format โ What to Write Each Day
- Name of the Court โ e.g., District Court, Family Court, Magistrate Court, etc.
- Number of Cases Observed โ total count of cases heard that day.
- Name of the Presiding Officer โ Judge / Magistrate's name and designation.
- Court's Jurisdiction โ territorial and subject matter jurisdiction of that court.
- 3 Main Cases Elaborated โ pick 3 cases and describe the procedures observed in detail (parties, nature of case, hearing stage, what happened).
15 Days ร 4 Pages Each
For each of your 15 visit days, follow the fixed format above. Elaborate on 3 key cases per day with procedural details.
One Full Civil Trial
Write a complete report of one civil case you observed โ from filing stage to the point it had reached on your date of visit. Include all procedures, hearings, documents filed, and orders passed.
One Full Criminal Trial
Write a complete report of one criminal case observed โ from FIR / complaint stage to the point it had reached on your date of visit.

Write the full client interview in a structured Q&A or narrative format. Include client's background, nature of dispute, facts, reliefs sought, and advice given.
